 I can't login / my password doesn't work
Article First off, thanks for joining the site!

We know that this can be frustrating not being able to log in, so here are a few quick things you can check yourself

  1. Usernames and passwords are cAsE sENsiTivE.
  2. If you are copying and pasting your username or password, be aware of Trailing Spaces!!!
    1. myPassWord
    2. myPassWord
    3. (Item 2 has a trailing space, and will not work)
  3. Sometimes after you just joined, it can take a few minutes for your log-in to reach our password management database. This process should not take more than 10 minutes. 

If you joined over 10 minutes ago, you don't see a problem with your username or password, and you still can't log-in please open a ticket for twistys support by clicking the link below. 

* If this problem occurs outside of regular business hours (9:30-5:30 EST Monday to Friday), we recommend you contact the Payment Service Provider who provides 24/7 support and will be able to assist you immediately.  Check your email receipt for biller contact information, or find them in this list:
