To submit a ticket you must first register yourself by going to the main page of <a href='http://www.twistyssupport.com/'>www.twistyssupport.com</a> and clicking "Register".
Enter your name, a valid email address, password, and the text you see in the security image to register your account.
An email will be sent to you with a confirmation link for you to click on and verify your email address. Once you do that, you can log in, and submit your request.
